Great news for expatriates, Now you can test Corona for only one and a half thousand tk

Corona examination fee has been reduced for expatriate Bangladeshis. 

From now on, coronavirus test can be done for 1500 tk instead of 3500 tk.

Health Minister Zahid Malek said this after receiving the health protection material at the meeting room of the health ministry. 

"The fee we set for the PCR test has been reduced," he said.

The health minister further said that now the test of Rs 200 has been made tk 100 and the test at home has been made tk 500 to tk 300. 

Those who go abroad for testing have been reduced from tk 3,500 to tk 1,500.

He added that PCR tests are now done in about 7 labs from one lab. 

But the number of tests does not increase that way, because some people are reluctant.
