10 lakh prize announced for Jamal Bhuiyan

 After 10 months with Mujibvarsh FIFA friendly series, Bangladesh has started playing international football. Jamal Bhuiyan's team defeated Nepal, which is ranked 180 in the FIFA rankings, by 2 goals. Nawang Sherista-Vikram Lamara could not score a single goal in reply.

After the victory, Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) President Kazi Salauddin announced from the VVIP box at the end of the match yesterday that the Bangladesh national team has given victory to BFF. A prize of Tk 10 lakh will be allocated for Jamal Bhuiyan.

Other members of BFF, including vice-president Kazi Nabil Ahmed, were present at the time of Kazi Salauddin's announcement.
